SEGMENT 1: SHARE HOUSE

This episode’s Share House featured Ohno and Nino, with Becky as the guest, which was later followed by Kanjani8’s Yokoyama You.

The highlights in this segment, in my opinion, are as follows:

*Becky chose Ohno over Nino when the latter asked her to choose which between them is her type.

*They cooked Cheese Fondue, yum!!!

And

*When Yoko came in, Becky asked them (Ohno, Nino, and Yoko) questions regarding the relationship between Arashi and Kanjani8. “Are Arashi and Kanjani8 close “and “Do Arashi consider Kanjani8 as rival?” were some questions that marked in my mind. At first, Nino denied that Arashi is close with Kanjani8, but later said that it’s a lie to say that they are not close with one another. Then Yoko answered that they don’t think that Arashi is Kanjani8’s rival. Aww… I knew that… Arashi’s really close with Eito and vice versa! And I felt that they are really telling the truth in answering Becky’s questions. Well, the members of each group are in the same age brackets; so no doubt, they are close with one another. ^_^

SEGMENT 2: IF ADULT, YOU MUST MAKE IT

This episode is a battle between Arashi-chan’s team (Ohno, Nino and Eikura Nana) and DAIGO-Sandwich team.

First individual challenge was Haiku poetry making, then mayonnaise-making and last is the identifying kanji names of each fish. Representatives of both competing teams accomplished the first challenge, but no one became successful in second challenge (which I felt somewhat disappointed that they didn’t make it. I mean, I knew main ingredients of mayonnaise and how to make it since I was still in high school.) In third challenge, Ohno got all kanji names of the fish correctly! No doubt, he’s really a fisherman! ^O^

Group challenge was enumerating wards (or places/municipalities, something like that…) of Tokyo. At first, DAIGO-Sandwich team won, but after having ‘tie-breaker’ challenge, Arashi-chan won.

What I want to say is that I really love watching variety shows, because through them, I learned lots of things while I was entertained by them. ^_^

That ends my fangirling post regarding my recent viewing of two of the episodes of Himitsu no Arashi-chan!

Updates:

Yup, I’m still watching Mikeneko Holmes no Suiri, and I found each episode funny, plus I really love the ‘interaction’… Aiba x Tacchon… UWAHH! <333

Yay! Kanjani8’s "KANJANI LIVE TOUR 8EST!! ~Minna no Omoi wa Dounandai? Bokura no Omoi wa Mugendai!!~" DVD/Blu-ray has topped the overall DVDand Blu-ray charts!OmedetouEito! Otsukaresama deshita!

And I LOVE EITO’S UPCOMING SINGLE “ KOKONISHIKI NAI KESHIKI” , which will be released on April 24, and will serve as the theme for Ryo’s upcoming movie, “Kenchou Omotenashika”. I actually heard the preview already.

And it’s another band song from Eito! Yay! <333

And… I just realized that an Arashi song is actually a song fit for graduation day! It’s just bad on my part as a long time Arashi fan that I haven’t realized that the song is fit for today’s SEASON, until I read this POST.

Arashi’s SEASON has the lyrics fit for Graduation Day. (You may refer to [livejournal.com profile] yarukizero’s post for lyrics and translations of Arashi’s SEASON)

I just realized that most Japanese graduation songs are about spring season, and I think it’s because Graduation Day happens during March, and spring season starts in March.

Hay…Gomen for another random post! ^o^

Here's the second part of my mini review...^o^

SEGMENT 2: VIP ROOM

This VIP Room’s also special because the guest was none other than the most famous Disney character, Mickey Mouse! Plus, Mickey Mouse was also accompanied by his friends (Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Chip and Dale). This episode’s so CUTE and ADORABLE, that the child in me was unleashed! I really adored Mickey Mouse playing the drums! So subarashii!

But the cutest part in here was when they had dancing pair game. Each member had his Disney character partner then he must imitate the moves of his partner.* I REALLY FOUND IT CUTE AND AT THE SAME TIME FUNNY! (Do I really need to capitalized all letters? Hehe…)

And Minnie Mouse kissed MatsuJun!

Mickey was jealous, so did I! ^o^

And I love Arashi x Disney short performance!

Yay! Arashi and Disney characters on one stage!

I was so overjoyed while watching this episode, so overjoyed that the back of my head bumped on the wall near to where I’m sitting. HAHA… hontou ni baka desu ne?! ^o^

2nd watched episode review…To be continued…

And Random Fangirling:

Uwaah! There are already the download links for Eightrangers movie and 8EST live DVD! But unfortunately, I can’t download it now due to unstable internet connection. (And I hope that they will be subbed too!)

And Tacchon will be a detective again in his upcoming late night spring drama on TV Asahi, Otenki Oneesan.

Speaking of Tacchon being a detective, I currently watching Mikeneko Holmes no Suiri starring Arashi’s Aiba Masaki, and I started to watch last Monday night. That Baka Katayama Yoshitaro is afraid of heights, blood and women…haha… And Ishizu (character played by Tacchon) is somewhat a sneaky colleague of Katayama who likes Harumi (Yoshitaro’s imouto) so much… I found this pair of detectives so BAKA! ^o^

I think Aiba acts better as Katayama in Mikeneko Holmes no Suiri than Kazama in My Girl, I mean, his role as Katayama suits him (for being BAKA! Hehe…)

And I love this “OT3!” haha…

I really love watching mystery dramas! (And I’ll be downloading “Yakou Kanrasha” soon…I hope…)

*I actually prepared the GIF images, but since my internet connection is unstable, therefore I couldn't upload it, I decided to not include them on my post. My efforts, however, are wasted...T_____T I WANT A STABLE CONNECTION!!!

I recently watched two episodes of Himitsu no Arashi-chan, and I really found them FUNNY, but CUTE at the same time!

First episode that I watched was the 2 hour SP dated March 31, 2011, having Mannequin Five and VIP Room as the segments featured. Second was dated July 26, 2012, featuring the “Share House” and “If Adult, You must make it” segments.

MARCH 31, 2011

SEGMENT 1: MANNEQUIN FIVE SP

This episode’s Mannequin Five was actually an SP wherein Arashi members battled with one another to pick up clothing pieces to come up with a Springtime Date Outfit to Impress. They rented out Shinjuku Marui Annex to have the said battle. Shinjuku Marui Annex, according to the show, is the greatest men’s fashion building in Shinjuku. Each Arashi member is given 3 hours to shop before the store opens. What’s exciting about this was that the outfits, which would be worn by REAL mannequins (meaning, not Arashi) were ranked by POPULAR VOTE (both by women visitors of TBS’ Akasaka Sacas and internet votes. If I knew that internet voting is available during that time, then I’d definitely vote! Hehe... But I only knew this episode when I had my stable internet connection in 2012.) Whoever gets the last place will be in a billboard ad at that building to promote the show… hmmm…that can be too embarrassing on that loser member’s part! xDD

Here are the outfits that each member had come up

My personal comments about each member’s outfit:

Sakurai: I really found that FURRY helmet a no-no, for me…haha… And he also got the lowest votes…

Ohno: He wore something that a native from a tropical country (such as the Philippines and Hawaii) is usually wearing. Actually, there’s one who commented that the outfit’s like an outfit of “a dandy from the Philippines”, that Nino-kun said that Ohno has that Filipino aura. But what’s amazing was that he drew an outfit he wants to have before picking the ‘pieces’. It took for him quite a while before finding that cherry blossom top. “Those who continue seeking shall find.” Well, he applied a Bible verse in finding that top…

Aiba: What’s with that ripped jeans? Hehe… But I love the M&Ms printed sneakers!

Matsumoto: That outfit is awesome, especially if what you know was that he’s the one who styled or mixed and matched that, but prior in showing that outfit, I just realized that he just copied that style from a mannequin displayed on one of the shops. So he’s a copy cat…

Ninomiya: another copy cat. A sneaky copy cat, because he spied at other members, and picked out the best ‘piece’ in each member’s outfit. And that sneaky copy cat got the most votes. And…it’s really cold in Japan during spring, ne?! (Because of his layered top. He was even compared to an onion having many layers…hehe)

So that means, Sho-kun would be the one who would be on billboard ad…haha…embarrassing! ^o^

And I noticed Nino’s winking! *heart’s *doki doki*
