[Random] Answered Personal and JPop-Related Forum Questions!

I just changed the link for Aibakaland in my LJ sidebar, as there is a new forum site. Although there is still the old forum site, mods announced that this site would be deactivated soon. So I browsed in this site, and copy-pasted some forum Qs and my As.

Just wanna share what I had posted back in 2012. (Italicized are my present comments...2014~)

Studying Japanese
Since elementary,(about 12 years old), I was already studying Nihongo. I learned Katakana during that time, then Hiragana and VERY few kanji during high school. I really want to learn, that's why until now, even though we have French language class, I still manage to learn Nihongo.
(Now... I wanna start learning again!)

Manga, anime or series?
I voted for dorama...

Although before, I'm into anime and manga, but now, I prefer to watch it live.

Manga stories take too much time and effort to be read, as in, you really need to read all of its volumes, while anime is just, well, animation or drawing.

You can really feel the story if real life actors and actresses act the story based from both anime and manga.

Dubbing vs. Subbing
Subbing is better than dubbing.
I really like to hear the actors' real voices and I can learn the language.
And actually I do hate dubbed dramas and movies, I mean, dramas are ruined because of dubbing, and the real emotions changed because of dubbing.

(Until now...I prefer subbing over dubbing)

Japanese dramas and movies that made you cry your eyes out
The drama that made me cry is 1 Litre of Tears(Ichi Rittoru no Namida, starring Sawajiri Erika and Nishikido Ryo), especially the last episode!

And the movies that made me cry are Koizora(starring Aragaki Yui and Miura Haruma) and I Give My First Love To You(Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu, starring Inoue Mao and Okada Masaki).

(Wanna watch 100 Kai Naku Koto starring Ohkura Tadayoshi and Kiritani Mirei!)

Favorite Female J/K Pop Artist
Before I'm into Arashi(and also Kanjani8 and NEWS), I'm a fan of Utada Hikaru and Hamasaki Ayumi. I love their voices.
I also love Amuro Namie and Tamaki Nami(most especially Nami's Shining Star and Realize)

(Now...I'm also into YUI. I like her... ^_^... And I'm not into Kpop...)

Will be reposting my Arashi-related forum Q&As in my next entry! ^_^
